Code Enforcement
Code Enforcement within the Village of Duncan is through the Village Board. The Board will protect the public’s well-being and enhance the quality of life by enforcing the health, safety, zoning and sanitation codes.
As a small community, we hope that everyone tries to help each other. If there happens to be an issue between neighbors, we encourage you to try and work it out with each other in a calm and mature manner. There is a solution to every problem. Work on the problem together, not against each other. The Village understands that is not always possible. We would rather not have to step in on neighbor conflict however, If you have a legitimate, ordinance complaint, you can click the link below and fill out the complaint form then return it to the Village Office. The clerk will get back to you as soon as possible.
You may also fill out a 'Request to be on Agenda' form (below) and return to the office if you would like to be added to the next agenda to discuss your issue. One week notice is needed for the form, in order to be added to the agenda. It must also be approved to be on the agenda by the Board.
